Terms of use

The service

TryOnMe lets sellers create product pages, worn photos and Status images and videos, and lets buyers try an item on virtually before ordering on WhatsApp.

Creations use the shop’s credits: a buyer try-on, a worn photo or a Status video uses some; Status images are free, and a failed creation is refunded. During the pilot phase credits are free (welcome credits and free top-ups on request). A paid plan may be introduced later; sellers will be told in advance.

Sales and orders

Sales are made directly between the buyer and the seller, on WhatsApp. TryOnMe is not a party to the sale, receives no payment and is not responsible for delivery, quality or pricing of items.

Seller commitments

• Only publish photos and items you have the right to sell and show.
• Only add another person as a model with their explicit agreement; you are responsible for obtaining it.
• Do not publish counterfeits, or misleading, shocking or sexual content, or content involving minors.
• Give honest prices and descriptions.

Buyer commitments

• Only use your own photo, or the photo of someone who agrees.
• Understand that a try-on is an AI-generated preview, with no guarantee of size or exact appearance.

Prohibited use

• Circumventing usage limits, disrupting the service or scraping its data.
• Using someone else’s photo without their agreement or to harass them.

Content and rights

You keep ownership of your photos. You allow us to process and display them as needed to provide the service. Sellers may freely use the images and videos created for them, within the consent given by their models.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, during a pilot phase, without a guarantee of continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage.

Suspension

We may remove content or suspend an account that does not respect these terms, in particular for illegal content or missing model consent.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; continuing to use TryOnMe means you accept the new version.
